You have been referred by your family doctor for a radiological examination. Contact us and with the referral from the GP we will carry out the examination. We will give the results to the doctor.

Ultrasound

Ultrasound (echoscopy or ultrasound) is used to examine organs. Echo is best known from the pregnancy ultrasound.
X-ray

X-ray

X-ray examinations can examine organs and bones within the body and detect any abnormalities, e.g. fractures.
mammo

Mammography

A mammogram is an X-ray examination of the breasts. The pictures can assess the glandular tissue.
bone density

Bone density measurement

Bone density measurement (Dexa) is used to measure the amount of calcium in the bone to get an idea of the strength of your skeleton.

CT scan

A CT scan (Computed Tomography) uses X-rays to examine organs, bones and tissues in the body.
mri

MRI scan

With an MRI scanner, the body can be examined with a strong magnetic field. You are therefore lying in a large magnet.
