Your Appointment & Treatment
You will receive this information during your intake consultation or via email. You can also check your appointment details through MijnZMC or by calling the specific department (see contact).
You can do this by calling the department responsible for your treatment.
Report to the outpatient clinic where your treatment or examination is scheduled. You can find all contact details for the different departments under Contact.

Uninsured Care
For uninsured care, you need to pay the invoice in advance, before the treatment. This helps with scheduling efficiency. If you cancel in time, another patient can take your place—your cooperation helps others.
Important: Your additional insurance may cover certain treatments, but this only applies when treated via the Zaans Medical Center (ZMC). At CliniX, the treatment is faster but always at your own expense. Please check with your insurer beforehand!
Uninsured care refers to medical treatments that are not covered by your basic health insurance policy and must be paid out of pocket.
